One-on-one regular holistic coaching sessions will give you the support and consistency you need for lasting change using principles of the ancient medical science of Ayurveda.  Whether you want to lose weight to enhance energy levels & vitality, fit into your favorite old jeans or you're seeking a complete life change - holistic weight loss coaching will give a breakthrough to a healthier, happier you.   The first week's consultation is 30 minutes. Then we'll meet for 15 minutes once a week for 3 more weeks.  You can renew the program month to month as needed! I am here to support your postive transformation and provide adjustments to your recommendations. As new routines are integrated, self-awareness will guide you into choices that support well-being.
