Cancellation Policy
Online services cancelled within MORE than 24 hours before your scheduled service will receive a full refund. Online services cancelled within LESS than 24 hours of your service starting time will not be refunded. Private appointments that are REscheduled within LESS than 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged a fee of $30 US. Los servicios en línea cancelados dentro de MÁS de 24 horas antes de su servicio programado recibirán un reembolso completo. Los servicios en línea cancelados dentro de MENOS de 24 horas de la hora de inicio de su servicio no serán reembolsados.
