Heal and rejuvinate with a 3 week Ayurvedic cleanse online or in person. Learn how to use food, daily habits, yoga, pranayama and meditation in order to transform your body, mind and spirit. There are three stages: 1. Preparation week - supportive cleansing routines, whole foods and intestinal detox. 2. Cleansing week - an ayurvedic mono-diet, colon detox and supportive lifestyle practices of yoga, pranayama and yoga nidra 3. A third and final week of eating according to your ayurvedic dosha/body type for continued health and longevity as well as continuing to reset your habits. An Ayurvedic cleanse removes toxins from food, pollutants, medications and stress and hormonal imbalance. Symptoms of toxins include: low energy, fatigue, digestive problems, sleep problems, stress, stiffness, pain, inability to lose excess weight, cravings for sugar or processed carbohydrates, dry skin, rash, acne, anxiety. Join Jill Michelle Palmer, Ayurvedic Practicioner and E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, for three weekly 2-hour sessions, supported by reading materials, meal plans and recipes.
