Cancellation Policy
Online services cancelled within MORE than 24 hours before your scheduled service will receive a full refund. Online services cancelled within LESS than 24 hours of your service starting time will not be refunded. Private appointments that are REscheduled within LESS than 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged a fee of $30 US.
